This website is operated by SimlyGo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SimlyGo. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Digital Goods & Delivery

You acknowledge that SimlyGo sells digital eSIM profiles only. No physical SIM card or product will be shipped to you. Delivery is performed via email immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct.

3. Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM compatible and network unlocked before purchasing. SimlyGo is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices, though we may offer a refund at our discretion as per our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once the eSIM has been installed or data usage has commenced. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Accuracy of Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
